Context Paper for LMI project on Digital Media Content Creators

The Cultural Human Resources Council (CHRC) is seeking the services of an experienced consultant to research and write a Context Paper for a major Labour Market Information project it is undertaking on Digital Media Content Creators. This document is to provide an overview of the context in which the LMI Study on Digital Media Content Creators is being conducted. It will explain the intersection of content creation skills and IT skills in the Digital Media industry and how this advances Canada’s digital economy.
